Ordered individual cups for a Christmas party. Arrived to pick up my order and the nice young man realized that he accidentally gave my order to another customer. He apologized for the mix up and offered to rectify the situation. Long story short, the owner and the nice salesclerk made good on the situation and my order. Although I spent an hour longer than I had anticipated, I was happy that I got my items for the party and the owner was kind enough to throw in two pints for my troubles. Everyone at the party enjoyed the scoop scoop flavors and I was impressed with the company's handling of my situation.

Came across this place by accident because the shave ice place was closed - so glad we did! We got lychee sorbet which was sooo good! Refreshing with chunks of lychee and the owner was so nice he let our boys take some cool stickers and when even gave them a little bottle of condensed milk. Only regret is that we didn't try more flavors - next time! Mahalo!

Love the unique flavors here! They only sell by the PINT, so make sure you have a cooler to keep your goods cold until you get home. There were so many flavors I wanted to try but we opted for the Honeydew Melon first - it has mochi in it! The mochi was still nice and chewy! How do they do it?? I am looking forward to trying all the other flavors. They also offer catering! I am definitely looking forward to having them cater dessert soon!!

I remember eating sherbet in Maui called Guri Guri. My mind was blown with the taste but bummed out that I could eat it only on the island of Maui. Fast forward we have places that opened up that serve some sherbet as well as some big companies make their own and you can find it in your grocery store. One thing you cannnot find in your grocery store is the sorbet from Scoop Scoop. The latest and to me, the best place to get your sherbet groove on is at Scoop Scoop. Their original flavors Strawberreh, Lihing Belts, Lychee-Hoo, Tundah Taro, and Honeydew is amazing. The Strawberreh has real strawberries inside and is really refreshing. I also like the Lihing Belts as it is like eating those long strawberry sour belts with Lihing Mui. I can eat one of those containers in one sitting. The better half like the Lychee-Hoo which has lychee jelly that you can see and taste. Her most favorite it the Honeydew. The Honedydew also has freshly cut melon along with mochi balls which I can see why it's one of her favorites. I don't like it because it reminds me of the honey to do list she gives me. They come out with some amazing special flavors like Ube-Bae, Li Hing Lemon Peel and Mango, Japanese Grape, to some of their newest special flavors Rainbow Shave Ice, Root Beer Float, and Lava Flow. If you want to know the special flavors when they come out, i highly suggest you follow them on IG @scoopscoopshi. Once again to me, they always coming out with new flavors while keeping the OG flavors we have come to know and love. They have a actual store front in Honolulu and two pickup points, one in Mililani, and the other in Royal Kunia. Did you want to have some for your party? They do catering which the flavors come in 4 oz cups. They need at least 2 weeks advance notice. Check out their web page at scoopscoopshi.com One last thing, if you want to bump up the flavor on your sorbet, get some Moo Juice for some creamy goodness. You wont regret it!

Scoop Scoops is out here killing the sherbet game! They have great flavors from your classic strawberry to specials like Ube float and milk tea swirl! My personal favorite is the seasonal milk tea swirl - mixed with boba and Mochi, this collaboration with Sweet Little Mochi is perfection. I am SO GRATEFUL that they have the town location which is also open on weekends! Follow them on IG to see any store hour updates what flavors are available. If you can't make it to the town location, they also do preorder pickups in Kunia and Mililani. Message them to inquire. FINALLY, I must tell you how nice they are! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Cheers to Scoop Scoops! Thank you for making ono sherbet at a convenient location with great hours. Will be back soon!

My Yelp pal Maritess C. introduced me to this dessert shop. Scoop Scoops offers island sherbert in a variety of flavors in a prepacked pint sized container. Some flavors also come with jelly and mochi balls. It was my first time going to this place. The front doors are decorated with super colorful and cutesy scoops with different faces. The inside is super clean and decorated in a minimalistic way. Besides sherbert they sell t-shirts, face mask, hand sanitizer, insulated drinking bottles, and gummy candies. When you enter there is a overhead menu displayed on a monitor. There is also a paper menu on the counter next to the register. All of the flavors looked so yummy! I wasn't sure which one to get. I asked about popular sherbert flavor recommendations. Preston helped us that day and explained the different products. He had superb customer service! What a great asset to Scoop Scoops. In the end I chose the honeydew flavor that had mochi balls. I was surprised when I got home because the dessert was still perfectly frozen. Ice cream would've been melty in the same amount of time. It was a very light and refreshing dessert. There were bits and pieces of fresh honeydew. Matched well with the mochi balls. They were nice and chewy. Overall it wasn't too sweet either. I really liked this dessert.

We were craving something sweet even though I shouldn't be having it. Lol! I have seen this and was curious to see how their ice cream tastes like. I got the lychee hoo which had pieces of lychee jelly frozen inside. I also noticed that they sell merchandise like shirts and key chains. I bought my daughter a pink shirt that costs $25. I had to give them business. I wanted a shirt for myself but they didn't have extra large as I know that cotton shrinks when you wash it. Maybe next time I will buy one. The inside was very bright and clean. They had only a few particular flavors. Daughter got the taro one and hubby got the pineapple flavor. A thumbs up from both of them. I definitely liked mine. They have metered parking but on Sunday's it's free. Yay! It wasn't too busy when we went. The lady at the cashier was super nice. I will be back!
